These are the Terms and Conditions under which Negotiation Beyond Conflict presents expertise in conflict resolution and negotiation skills for any and all the material presented on our website.
What You're Buying
You are purchasing a performance of a speaking engagement (ie the presentation of our intellectual property through a seminar or short talk over a period of time). You are not buying the reproduction rights to our content for an audience wider than originally present at the speaking engagement, through one or more media for commercial purposes.
Think of it like watching a film at a cinema - you buy a ticket to watch a film, not the rights to re-sell the film itself. If you would like to reproduce some or all of our content, please contact us and we can negotiate a reasonable fee to do so.

Our Presentation Requirements
The type of work we perform often determines how we need to present material - data projection, sound system, room and stage setup, MC introduction, promotional activity etc. Our full presentation needs are explained on our
Bookings pages.
Please read these carefully.
Speaking Fees and Expenses
We invoice our speaking fees and expenses upon booking. Payment falls due within 7 days of the speaking engagement.
Promotional Content
To encourage your people to practice our proven concepts in the future, we invest approximately 1% of the presentation time promoting reference products, email programs and other services, as appropriate.
Recording of Presentation
Often we'll record our own presentation for coaching purposes. This allows us to review our performance, adapt and evolve material, and make it better. What's the benefit to you? By asking all our clients to accept this condition, you can be assured that the presentation of your seminar or short talk is absolutely the best we can do.
Marketing
We reserve the right to reproduce comments from you and your people in our marketing and on our website.
Our Contract prevails over yours
When agreeing to book our services, you agree that our Terms and Conditions supercede those of your own organisation. Your acceptance of our Contract forms part of the booking process and remains in force until the conclusion of the speaking engagement and all fees and expenses are paid in full.
