  In recorded interviews each lasting about an   hour, 19 Business Leaders offer rare insights   into their individual conflict management style.   Playing back their thoughts I found distinct   trends and patterns, adding my own comments,   IP conflict theory, and conflict resolution   techniques and models to the mix.

Soon we were talking about managing conflict in the workplace - and I've collected dozens of practical techniques they themselves use. Asking for even more conflict management techniques and tactics, they contributed many examples used by their peers.
