The Conflict Report
packed with hundreds of conflict quotes revealing how many of the industry's smartest players are successfully managing conflict in the workplace.
Sharing our definition of conflict with you first, I ask our Business Leaders, what is conflict? Digging deeper into the sources of conflict at work reveals a staggering 47 types of conflict within their industry.
Soon we were talking about managing conflict in the workplace - and I've collected dozens of practical techniques they themselves use. Asking for even more conflict management techniques and tactics, they contributed many examples used by their peers.

Running to 115 pages and with each story individually listed, The Conflict Report is free and gives insights into each Leader's own conflict management strategies and conflict resolution tips. Their thinking challenges existing conflict theory, compelling me to develop new models such as the Circles of Conflict.
"Tactics that fail" will be easily recognisable to many readers, yet how to counter them much more difficult. Our Tactical Response Table exposes these behaviours and explains how you can overcome each one.
In the last two sections, Business Leaders cite both the disadvantages of conflict (and specifically, how it relates to employee conflict) and then go on to list some surprising benefits of conflict. Rather than avoiding conflict you'll see why the majority of Business Leaders prefer conflict at work and why it makes sense to safely create conflict. I'll show you how to do it.
I am proud to present this remarkable report and share my findings with you. If you're interested in resolving workplace conflict, this free report is a valuable resource for reflection, discussion or immediate application by people of any industry around the world.
